Club Ki’ama Bahamas by Silent Resorts is located in the new Ki’ama Bahamas enclave on Elizabeth Island, just minutes from Great Exuma.

It represents a “one-of-a-kind condominium opportunity” that combines luxurious solar-powered beachfront homes with a fleet of solar-powered and crewed yachts, as well as electric day boats, a beach club, a spa and restaurant. .

Construction began in June 2022 and is expected to have the lowest environmental impact of any development in the Caribbean, through the use of “linear designs that complement the natural topography of the island, minimizing disturbance to the natural landscape “. When completed, there will be 16 four-bedroom residences and eight yachts, in addition to eight fully-owned residences including a share of a Silent Yacht.

The introductory price for the property is US$525,000 and owners will enjoy a minimum of five weeks vacation per year, including ten yacht days.

These will be spent aboard fully crewed and crewed solar-powered Silent Yachts catamarans, ranging from 60 to 80 feet in length. Plus, they don’t have the noise, environmental impact, high operating costs or costly maintenance of other yachts.

The single-story Club Residences will feature 10-12 foot ceilings for improved ventilation and light, landscaped “living roof” systems, solar panels and timber framing designed to withstand a Category 4 hurricane.

The pre-engineered building system allows most construction to take place off-island, minimizing disturbance to the natural landscape and reducing construction delays and costs.

The Ki’ama Bahamas community will serve as a global example for sustainable development. Much of the station will be built on pillars to avoid excavation or landfill using pre-engineered “carbon negative” building structures with near zero construction waste.

All residences, yachts, buildings and equipment will be fully and independently powered by solar energy. The resort also uses advanced and highly efficient water purification and wastewater treatment systems.

In addition to its environmentally friendly energy, water and building systems, only 18% of the total land area will be developed, leaving most of the Ki’ama property untouched and left in its natural habitat. .

The eco-friendly island will include Club Ki’ama Beach Club, Spa and Beachfront Restaurant.
