Damen Yachting has unveiled the latest design in its award-winning line of luxury expedition superyachts. Under construction for delivery in 2024, the 60m SeaXplorer 60, with hybrid propulsion, embodies the unique design of the SeaXplorer range with strong and masculine lines, luxurious exterior spaces and explorer functionality.

Following in the footsteps of successful Amels limited editions, Damen offers reliable and customizable luxury explorers with the shortest delivery time by starting construction of the SeaXplorer upstream.
A unique cross between Amels’ pedigree and Damen’s shipbuilding knowledge, the SeaXplorer design features large, luxurious interiors and excellent shipping capabilities. It truly is a yacht for all seasons because the possibilities for customization are limitless; from tropical to polar and all the oceans in between.
As the latest addition to the SeaXplorer range, the SeaXplorer 60 follows a long line of purebred superyachts with the greatest exploration capabilities. The award-winning exterior design was based on Damen’s previous SeaXplorer deliveries and was created by Azure Yacht Design.
The spacious interiors were designed by Jonny Horsfield of H2 Design in London. The personalized concept offers accommodation for twelve people in 6 suites and evokes a connection to the ocean through the ship. The rich color palette and the use of warm woods ebb and flow through the yacht to create a soothing interior atmosphere.
Partnering with EYOS Expeditions, Damen Yachting used their field expedition experience to design the SeaXplorer 60 to be a reliable and safe explorer with proven performance and value. With its hybrid power and propulsion batteries, certified helipad, ice class, IMO polar code compliant engineering and numerous stores and tanks, the SeaXplorer 60 allows up to 30 days of exploration operations without stopover.
The SeaXplorer 60 is the latest new build in the SeaXplorer line of luxury expedition yachts. The first SeaXplorer, the 62-meter ANAWA, was followed by the 77-meter LA DATCHA in 2020 and the 58-meter custom SeaXplorer under construction to be delivered to its owner in 2022.
