Titmus had to train hard to give a memorable performance in his first Olympics in Tokyo. Therefore, she shared her success in saying, “Last year Elijah Whittington switched to the dean’s program so I had him there doing the sessions with me. He’s obviously a lot faster than me but I’m not quite up there with him but it’s just good to have someone there, kind of in the same boat as you.
âDoing the same sessions as, so it’s easier to get away with knowing that you know they kind of have the same goals and are going through the process together. But also, we have younger boys who are around 16, 17, it’s kind of like perfect speed for me that pushes me to train and love the job. So it’s been really good actually, leading up to these Olympics“.
