The acquisition follows both companies’ record numbers at boat shows in Miami in February 2022 and Palm Beach in March, and advances OneWater’s growth and diversification strategy, significantly strengthening its product portfolio and customer base.

Denison is an authorized dealer for a number of prestigious brands including Bertram, Beneteau Sailing Yachts, Beneteau Express GTs, Swift Trawlers, Numarine, Alpha Marine and Excess Catamarans. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to revenue growth, operating margin and earnings per share.
