Deepika Padukone has always been a top actress. For his latest film Gehraiyaan, she played the role of Alisha who was a yoga teacher. She was trained by Anshuka Parwani, a renowned yoga trainer. His commitment to fitness and his character chased away all the blues. Anshuka shared a glimpse of them practicing yoga and preparing for the role. Taking to Instagram, Anshuka shared a video of them practicing yoga. In the video, Deepika and Anshuka sat on a yoga mat and practiced Buddy Boat Pose or Paripurna Navasana. This is a partner yoga pose that helps tone and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Along with this, it also helps to improve balance in the body, aids digestion, relieves stress and builds confidence in the couple. It is also one of the couples yoga poses.

How to perform this pose?

Anshuka and Deepika sat parallel to each other and held hands. After that, they put their feet together and lifted them into the air. It is to form a triangle. They stretched out their hands and balanced their bodies on their hips.
