Alpha Marine’s newest superyacht concept was designed to be enjoyed by generations to come.

Rightly named Future, the giant 318-foot expedition yacht was designed by the Greek yacht design and naval architecture firm to appeal to a new wave of adventurous sailors by satisfying their urge to travel the world without giving up. to the comfort of home.

The go-anywhere vessel is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system comprising an electric motor, four diesel generators, two azimuth thrusters and the necessary batteries. This not only translates into fewer emissions, but also gives passengers on board more range and independence. As for speed, Alpha Marine estimates that Future will be able to reach 18 knots at full bank.

Presented as a “home away from home”, the Explorer was designed for comfort as much as for speed. Spread over five decks, it can accommodate up to 24 guests and 40 crew members. The owner’s suite occupies its own private terrace and has a rear lounge and a front terrace.

There is ample space for indoor and outdoor entertaining, as well as a plethora of amenities. Aft of the main deck, Future sports an epic infinity pool that cascades down to the beach club and the swim platform below. Here, a set of hydraulic balconies can be lowered for direct access to the water. Elsewhere, the upper deck is fitted with a few full-size tables for alfresco dining, while the sundeck offers its own Jacuzzi with panoramic views.
