The 63rd Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) kicks off tomorrow. Year after year, FLIBS has raised the bar for the maritime industry and the expectations for the 2022 edition are very high. We choose 13 yachts up to 35 meters not to be missed. SP110Sanlorenzo33mSP110 is a project born from the experience of Tilli Antonelli, which aims to guarantee the highest performance with maximum energy efficiency, thanks to the use of split motorization, the development of a hull optimized for hydrojet propulsion and to the use of lightweight materials. The exterior was designed by Bernardo Zuccon. The interiors were designed by Piero Lissoni. The SP110 has a maximum speed of 40 knots, can cruise at 33 knots and has an economical speed of 30 knots. Tri-Deck FD100Horizon 30.9mTaiwan Horizon’s 30.9m tri-deck is the yard’s new flagship of the yard’s fast-multiplying, fast-displacement FD series that features Cor D Rover’s naval architecture. The three-deck layout option offers a lightweight open flybridge fitted with a helm station and deck deck seating area, which includes a forward wheelhouse, interior skylounge with day head and wet bar and a hot tub aft. CLX96CL Yachts29.5mThe award-winning CLX96 was created in collaboration with international designer Jozeph Forakis, with structural engineering by Albert Horsmon and naval architecture by Earl Alfaro. CLX96, the new flagship of CL Yachts, announces the introduction of the new X series which will be joined by other models in the future. The versatile CLX96 features a two-tier, reverse-angled “workboat chic” deckhouse using inverted trapezoids that maximize space while reducing glare and heat, while the plumb bow further amplifies the accommodation while providing hydrodynamic efficiency. Below deck, she has a four-cabin layout, including a full-beam master suite. The 88 Yacht has a spacious ‘Beach Club’ which is accessed via double sweep stairs with recessed LED lighting. Powered by two MTU 10v 2000s as standard or two MTU 12v 2000s as an option, she can accommodate eight guests and four crew in absolute luxury and comfort reaching speeds of up to 28 knots.Ferretti Yachts 860Ferretti26.95mThis yacht is the result of the collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee headed by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Engineering Department of the Ferretti Group. Ferretti Yachts 860 is the third yacht developed by architect Filippo Salvetti (exterior design) and Ideaitalia (interiors). The yacht’s exteriors feature floor-to-ceiling windows and glass fashion plaques, which punctuate the sleek and powerful silhouette.Galeon 800 FlyGaleon25.35mGaleon 800 FLY combines a sporty silhouette with impressive performance. The interior and exterior design was done by Tony Castro. The yacht features a superyacht-worthy flybridge, a full-width aft deck with a large dining area, a swim platform and a garage that can accommodate a 3-seater jet ski as well as jets. skis, toys and a gas station. Pearl 72Pearl Yachts22mThe latest edition of Bill Dixon’s coordinated exterior design and naval architecture. Inside, Kelly Hoppen presents a new interior theme – “Indulgence”. The design intent of this yacht was to capture New York city life on the water while enhancing and working with the incredible mechanical characteristics that were achieved. At 22 meters, this model has two main cabins, which is unusual for vessels of this size. Magellano 66Azimut 20.1m Magellano 66 is a modern and timeless Navetta. The spacious day area is designed to optimize life on board, spread over one level, with large bay windows creating an airy and bright environment. Outside too, there is no shortage of space either, and there is no better example than the impressively sized flybridge, with an aft seating area which can also incorporate an American bar. The semi-planing hull of the Magellano 66 comes from the Italian naval architect Pierluigi Ausonio. Vicem 55 Classic FlybridgeVicem16.85mTurkish manufacturer Vicem’s all-new Classic 55 Flybridge comes after launching its sleek 55 Classic sedan. From the start, the 55 featured our signature design concept: a large cockpit on the same level as a spacious saloon. A wide-opening cockpit door merges these two main living and entertaining areas better than any boat in this size range. Vicem now offers this yacht in its traditional, time-tested cold-molded epoxy composite or infused fiberglass construction with much the same rapid build times. BG54Bluegame16.57mBluegame’s latest creation, the BG54, which won an award at the Cannes Boat Show and was much admired at the Genoa Boat Show, is set to replicate the huge success of its predecessor BG72, from which it inherits the concept evolved from the space that offers an unusual layout in terms of size and usability, as well as an unmistakable profile.
