The official London Pride 2021 parade is sadly canceled, but that doesn’t mean the party is over.

There are still many events taking place all over the city for LGBT + people to celebrate themselves and the community.

From boat parties to drag brunches and family events to live queer comedy, there are a number of ways you can embark on Pride Weekend in a number of ways that suit you.

London Pride 2021 Boat Party with The Pink Sink

Iconic drag collective Sink The Pink is leading this Southern Comfort boat party for Pride that will take guests on a two-hour cruise along the Thames. Guests will board a vintage Mississippi paddle steamer and enjoy DJs, voguing and drag queens teams, plus a free cocktail and food from a Nova-style menu. Orleans.

Uber pride has teamed up with the Albert Kennedy Trust to launch a family charity show on the River Thames for Pride of London 2021 to raise funds for homeless LGBT + youth. It will feature drag queens including Karma Doll and Taylor Trash performing lip syncs for guests to benefit the charity.

  • 6:05 p.m .: Westminster Pier, eastbound

Drag Brunch with Lawrence Chaney and Victoria Scone

The winner of Drag Race United Kingdom, Lawrence Chaney, will host a London Pride 2021 drag brunch at Between the Bridges on South Bank. Guests can expect bottomless bubbles, DJ sets, lip syncs, a Clapham Grand Hall show, special guest Victoria Scone, who is the first cis woman to compete on Drag race and of course the hilarious Scottish Queen comedy.

Gay little brother: Pride Rave

Little Gay Brother’s London Pride 2021 special will see them take control of the E1 Club with “the biggest and best queer DJs in the business” in a secret, unannounced lineup. The celebration will also support Stonewall Housing, a portion of ticket sales to raise funds for homeless gay men.

Pride party!

This 11am pride party takes place at The House of St Barnabas and will celebrate LGBT + culture and raise funds to fight homelessness. It will feature music from DJs Boogie Cartel, Twice Shy (Gay Garage), Mica Coco and live drag.

Like a single pride

When: September 10-12

The As One Pride event will take place at various venues in London throughout the weekend. This includes a huge show at Electric Brixton on September 11th with lineup featuring DJs Binomio, Neil Singleton and Tony English. The One Day Pride Party at Blue Posts

The Blue Posts in Soho will be hosting a day-long party to celebrate pride and support the LGBT + community. They will also fundraise for the Albert Kennedy Trust throughout the day and host the Rhythm of the Night DJ from the 90s and 2000s. The event is free on a first come, first welcome basis with bracelets available at the door.

Lafayette is hosting the Gal Pals queer pop party this Pride weekend for the ‘Biggest To Date’ event for a ‘queer heavenly utopia’. The Dance Party is a space for women, trans and non-binary people and their friends showcasing the best of female pop, hip hop and R&B. They say it’s “a space that prioritizes queer women, trans and / or non-binary people, and those of marginalized gender expressions,” and they “welcome friends and allies, but we ask you to respect the Gal Pals as a space for these groups above all. . “

TuckShop Live: Pride Special

When: September 11th

Drag company TuckShop UK is holding a Pride special at Covent Garden Studios. It will be the premiere of a brand new monthly drag night in the heart of London’s West End and feature a fierce drag cabaret. This free event at Between the Bridges on Southbank will feature a marketplace where all artists identify as LGBT +, so you can go and support independent artists while shopping for cute merchandise. It’s also home to food stalls, bars, games, live music, and DJs, so if you want a cool Sunday during Pride Weekend, you can go between 11am and 4pm.

Fitz’s great brunch

When: September 12

If you’re up for more pride celebrations on Sunday, you can head to a dragster brunch, including Fitz’s Big Drag Brunch. The event will be an afternoon of Prosecco and Aperol with many drag performances, audience participation and quizzes. Additionally, there will also be personalized drinks that take their names from Drag Race stars including Shea Couleé, Adore Delano and Jiggly Caliente.
